Originally based in Washington D.C. and incorporated in the state of Virginia in June 2002, CYT event managers have over 30 years of combined event planning experience. Our shows have ranged in size from anywhere between 50 to 75,000 attendees and include annual conventions, educational conferences, VIP gala award dinners, board meetings, artist promotion parties, stadium shows, concerts and arenas.

Our lead staff serve as on-site Executive Producers for the meeting and/or event. We offer all aspects of industry service including site selection, contract negotiation, audio/visual equipment, event production, stage management, meeting planning services, entertainment and speaker selection, video production, marketing concepts and script writing.

Production and general session consultation for event and meeting planners are included with our services. This includes creative development and choosing décor to match the theme of event, production of your plenary or general sessions onsite, assistance in selecting the best audio/visual company, creation of production and rehearsal schedules, script management and writing of comprehensive RFPs; and on-site (day of) services such as producer, creative and show director (calling queues over PL/clearcom) and stage management.

By reviewing the audio/visual companies’ budgets and equipment lists on behalf of our clients, reductions of 10% to 30% in production costs have been realized, equaling several thousands to tens of thousands of dollars per event.
