I provide turnkey meeting and event services to associations and corporations and serve as your Executive Producer for the special event or convention. I offer all aspects of industry service including site selection, contract negotiation, audio/visual equipment, event production, stage management, meeting planning services, entertainment and speaker selection, video production, marketing concepts and script writing.

I also provide production and general session consultation services for event and meeting planners. Those services include producing your plenary or general sessions onsite, assistance in selecting the best production partner, creation of production and rehearsal schedules, script management and writing comprehensive RFPs; and on-site (day of) services such as producer, show director (calling queues over PL/clearcom) and stage management.

For special events I work as your Creative Director to wrap your theme around every aspect of your event. Décor, scripting, design, graphics, etc are all developed to compliment your event’s logo or slogan. AV is also used artistically to maximize effect (it’s amazing what some lighting can do to a room).

Speaking of AV, I will work with your staff to determine AV needs and ensure that the equipment ordered meets those needs. Basically, reviewing the session schedule, AV requirements, room assignments and matching that to the final AV equipment lists and technical support.

Ultimately my job is to make you and your event look flawless.
